    as i stated in a previous thread, many AD's are going under, thus hurting the value of most PAM's b/c of "fire sales"
    be patient over the next 4-6 months... chances are Panerai will be strictly boutique only at some point in the future...

    I was in the burbs here in Chicago for a client last week and decided to stop in the CD Peacock at Oak Brook. Looking at some PAMs, they only had I think 3 in the case and a few they had just gotten in that weren't on display yet. They wouldn't budge off of MSRP at all, but said if I came during their weekend event I might be able to get a free watch winder.

    Makes sense now why the sales person told me the owner had closed a downtown location due to poor sales.

    Try Shreve and Co. in SF. They have Ferrari PAM's at 70% off tomorrow and Thursday.

    Market is tough, however you really have to shop for the seller not the watch. Gotta be safe these days. Please check with some of our sponsors who can help you out with finding a watch
