Default Hardcore Pawn is a Fake Azz Reality TV Show

You guys ever watch Hardcore Pawn? So in today's episode, Watch Your Back, Les Gold had a high end watch dealer come in to pick up a watch. He was having trouble selling it and this other guy has high end customers. He said it was a Breitling. They never zoomed in on the watch but it was all blinged out and the case was huge. It looked like a huge 50mm cheap fashion watch. Again, they did not zoom in. He said it was worth like $60,000. He and this guy had allegedly done business in the past and finally agreed on $42,500. Now mind you this turd of a watch was in the infamous cherry wood box. No proper Breitling box or papers. Just the watch and the $2.00 box.

I'm thinking to myself what blinged out Breiltling cost $60,000 without box and papers? So the episode ends with the guy he sold the watch to never paying him the next day as promised and instead paid a couple days later he received payment in the form of $42,000 in watch straps.

Not the first time I caught these guys totally faking an episode. They should be barred from using the term reality TV.

(That being said I wouldn't mind those guys from American Pickers coming to my home and grossly over paying me for the tons of crap I have stored at my home. With the proceeds I would then buy that girl that works in their office some laser tattoo removal for her chest tattoo)

    hate the show.

Though i do love american pickers. They are real, as I have met them up here before. We have a lot of farms/antiques up this way.

I also watch counts customs, and that other one where the dude restores stuff. Love that kind of work, as i like to do the same.

I believe they are hence why I want them to come over and overpay me. Worst hagglers I've ever seen. I like Counts Customs when I can remember to watch it. The dud that restores that is a spinoff from Pawn Stars is good obviously because of his work but the show is too boring.

The chick from American Pickers that totally ruined a nice chest.

TruTV is the scripted reality tv channel. Literally every show on the entire network is fake.

Don't get me started on that Lizard Lick/ Miami Tow/ South Beach Tow crap. That stuff should be banned as it breeds stupidity. Meaning you are probably not a rocket scientist if you watch it but I actually think the show steals brain cells. Makes certain types of people actually think it's ok to act like that.

I figured much of it had to be. They portray Detroit resident, at least the ones that go to the ghetto pawn shop, as being the absolute most hostile people on the planet. It also portrays the inner city residents of Detroit as getting shamelessly ripped of by Les Gold and his family in every episode.
