Rado Signs Tennis Star Andy Murray As Ambassador
Andy Murray, Britain’s number one tennis player, currently ranked fourth in the world, has signed on as an Ambassador with Swiss watch brand Rado. Generally off my radar, Rado has garnered a bit more of my attention lately with its lineup of more approachable and wearable designs. I think that Andy Murray is a great Ambassador for Rado to have, specifically as he will be promoting the Rado D-Star 200 Collection. I wrote favorably about the new D-Star 200 watches back in January, though at the time I referred to them as dive watches. Perhaps still the case, but definitely looking to target a broader audience with Murray. However you position the Rado D-Star 200 series, they are great looking watches. Available with blue (on the 3-hander) or black high-tech ceramic (on the chronograph model)

That's a pretty unique bracelet on the chrono version - stainless steel outer links and a ceramic center link. Generally not a big fan of the two-toned look, but that actually looks OK with the black dial and what I assume is a matching ceramic bezel.
