Default Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles

Anybody watch this show? They wear some pretty sweet watches. Not as nice as Lorber on Million Dollar Listing NY but pretty nice.

Josh Altman probably has the nicest ones out of the group. Here he's wearing the Hublot he purchased on one of the episodes last year as he leans on his new ride. On today's episode he was wearing a Roger Dubuis Excaliber.

I always checked out Altman's watches on every episode. on MDL NY I really liked Ryan's Breitling and all 3 of them had beautiful Rolexes...

Ya, Ryan wears the Breitling SOH Chrono but Michael Lorbers pieces puts all the others to shame.

    Yup
Michael Lorbers wore an A. Lange Sohne a few times correct?

Off topic whenever I watch the show I'm half tempted to mute it and just look at the real estate, because the people are so annoying.

I've never watched the show, but I don't get it...a million bucks gets you a nice (but not ostentatious) house in most of the LA area, and only gets you a shack in some parts.
    Watches:
    Lüm-Tec - M7, M23, M42, 500M-1, M23 custom, V1 Custom, Super B2, M61, V3, 300M-1XL
Seiko - Grand Seiko SBGA011 "Snowflake," Discus Burger, SPS003, Orange Monster, Kinetic (x2), SSC079
    Non-LT: Many
    On order: RGM 801, Lüm-Tec M54,
Pens: too many to count, but I'll mention my faves: McLaren MRB-850, Camelot, Divine Proportion, Visconti Homo Sapiens (cool pen, dumb name)

    What dont you get?

You might be thinking that all the homes are 1 million? Wrong. The houses these guys sell on there run from A mil to over 50 mil from what Ive seen.

Yes, he wears an A. Lange and nicer.

The real estate is nice but I probably like watching the negotiation the most. I know they chop the hell out of it and we only see the boiled down version but ya. It's all about the art of the deal for me.

Hey Seth how's it goin. Ya, one of the first tenants taught in Real Estate Principals....Location Location Location. Would you pay 1 million + for a house in Compton? Neither would I. Not only do you want a particular type of neighbor, but you want the safety, the schools and everything else that you can think of that is associated with a more affluent neighborhood.
