    I absolutely love this show. Both NY and LA are entertaining as hell! I like Josh Altman from LA and Frederick Eklund from NY. Altman is just the man and if I ever was to buy a place in LA, he is the guy I will call. The other two are entertaining, but can get real annoying. For NY, I think Fredrick is the best. He is way too funny and literally works his ass off. Obviously, he has a sketchy background, but he openly admits it and doesn't let anything phase him. He seems like he has a good heart as well since he gave his mom a check for $100,000. Guy knows his shit about the market and gets it done. Michael Loerber seems like a clown and every single episode shows him out and about buying clothes or traveling. Ryan isn't bad either and certainly has skills, but he's just a player.

    Anyway, from what I know, Madison is a nice guy. I haven't met anyone who knows Chad, but he didn't seem very nice on the show. I wonder if MMV can chime in on this.

    According to this Josh Flagg's g'mom is worth 100 mil so I'd bet his worth goes wayyyyy up when she bites the dust. He's def my fav on the show. Madison seems pretty normal.
