Thread: PAM386 - any insight in to availability?

For anyone with a good connection - do you have an idea on ETA on this watch? I put a deposit ~ ago, and I'm starting to lose interest, and debating switching my order... But if it's around the corner, i'll prolly wait it out.

Ceramics are delayed 6-8 months. Why would you put a deposit down? Realistically unless your a serious collector you won't see that watch for 1yr plus

When I asked my dealer last year, they told me fall (was gonna be less than 6 mos away). Then it was Jan. Then it was summer...

Wasn't a big deposit, but I also didn't want to wait in line if the deposit helped. The Toppers in Chicago said they had 20 on order, when I was there a couple mos ago.

Anyways, are you saying that watch won't be available til well in to 2013?

LOL 20 on order....You do know that it's limited to 1000 pieces world wide?

Yes more than likely it will be late very late 2012 or early 2013 before you see any ceramic Panerai. With that being said its highly doubtful that an AD would get any before 2013.

I heard the composite line has been cancelled due to the problem with pam 339
Any news on the availability of 441? That's my current grail..

Composite line is delayed until the sort out the ceramic coating issues. I was told 6-8 months...

Too bad the delay is so long... Otherwise i will probably bought one 441
