Quick background, Michael works for his fathers real estate company, he is not as experienced as the other two brokers on the show. He was saddled with Fredrik Eklund, an aggressive broker, to help sell an important clients listings. Fredrik had been ribbing him a little. Based on my professional business experience I would rate the ribbing, jabs a mild 5.5 out of a possible 10. At any rate, during an open house for this client, Michael felt disrespected by Frederik and walked out during the middle of the open house and left the project as a co-listing agent.

I'm not saying he should stoop down to Fredrik and Ryan's tactics, but I am saying you never walk out in the middle of a project function, especially because of the insignificant actions of the other co-broker yutz. And, you never ever let a gay porn actor, Fredrik Eklund, run you off your own damn listing.

While his taste in wallpaper may certainly suck, I give big props to Michael for having what I consider to be the best wristwatch taste on telivision today.

I am sure in REAL life Fredrik would not behave like that to Michael. Michael's father seems like a really humble and caring guy n from the episodes he is been in and I'm sure is only accepting of Fredrik's behavior because it's reality television and drama and confrontation is needed to carry the show. If there were no cameras I'm sure it would be a much different story...

100% I would have walked out. Life is too short. Why spend another minute with a person mistreating you or other people?? I guess you would call me a PUTZ then..

I think Michael is a breath of fresh air for anyone who is not TYPE A and contemplating a career in sales.
I've noticed a WG 5001, ceramic top gun pilot, I believe a RM05, lange1 in WG as well.. I believe him and his father have matching patek world timer's..

Not a huge fan of the watch cases and winders though at his house...

The editing is done poorly. I always notice when they are on the phone in the back of the car and they switch to video of the driver.. they are most of the time in different cars...
