    Picture from today

Been traveling to England for work so my progress has somewhat slowed but will be picking up. Put some more accessories on the engine, and have been doing brake/fuel/fuel tank prep. It's all installed now.

Got a new phone so the pictures will be better from now on as well! I don't bring my camera when I go to work on it. I'm usually covered in grease.

I haven't really been keeping track of the expenses for the car. I'll try and come up with a total when it's done. It could be done on a budget for probably under $20k to have a good car. So far I can say I have more than likely spent more than that and I still have lots to go.

I will say I care more about "spending" my time rather than spending money on the car. If I can cut a piece of the puzzle short by 4 - 8 hours by spending a hundred dollars and purchasing a NOS part I will.

A board fell off the a shelf on the ceiling this morning. People were moving things on the floor above and the board landed across the rear window. Did a few small dings on the body.

Ding covered with scratch filler. (it wasn't deep, but still would be noticeable with paint and hey... I'm a perfectionist!)

After sanding the filler off. You can see the area that was "slightly" low.

    Other front fender started

Wet Sanding where it hit on the other side

    Whats left.

They are great cars to build! Such a fun project with a plethora of parts available.

If has any questions I'd be glad to help. I've been researching these builds for years now.

Well I'm back in the US tomorrow.

I really missed working on the car and sleeping in my own bed.

Here's a picture from my hotel in Cambridge.

    My checklist for this weekend
All brakes lines run for car
Find out what I need to repair wiring harnesses (Lights, windshield washers etc)
A 43 year old harness has lots of wear. I'm going to reuse the harness but recover, resolder and make it look as good as new this weekend
Finish the lower steel dash of the car (install all controllers, install glovebox with new hardware)
    Install windshield fluid hardware
Finish putting together steering wheel column
Find a way to watch football in the garage.

I'll upload pictures of the steps of the build probably Sunday Night/Monday night.
