    A special red 1965 Jaguar E-Type Series 1 4.2 liter Roadster that belonged to Sir Elton John is for sale and will be auctioned off at Bonhams Oxford on March 3rd 2012. The unique and historical sports car is one of the highlights of the Collectors’ Motor Cars and Automobilia sale.

    According to the latest issue of Octane, it went for £82,140, they remarked on how it wasn't much of an increase from when it sold in 2001 for £80,750.

    So the fact that is was owned by Sir EJ didn't increase the value
