Looking for some cool sights and things to do in Turks and Caicos?

I forget the name of the company in Provo (boats are yellow), but they have day trips where you go snorkeling, hunt your own conch, take you to the other deserted islands and back in time for dinner. Skip the submarine ride, but try the cracked conch and explore the other islands.

turtle bay marina had a couple ok places to eat..
we also stayed at the gansevoort hotel which was ok, but i wouldn't really recommend. most of the action seemed to be down by the grace bay club.
