So, i've heard rumblings about insurance where they will evac you if you need medical. I'm wondering, do they have insurance where, no matter where you are, they fix your location with GPS or something, and will extract you no matter where you are.

Say, a bad neighborhood in Poland, a valley in the amazon.....Vladivostok....that kind of stuff.
