LA-SD early november
Allright, I'm visiting Los Angeles and San Diego with some friends early november this year, mainly work related, but there will be some time to go sightseeing and have some fun. All pointers are much appreciated, but there are some specific things i would love to get some more info about:
- good cigar shops/lounges in LA or Orange County? I'll be looking especially for Tatuaje (Anarchy, Face,...), Liga Privada, Padron... varieties that are impossible to get in Europe.
- how to get a ticket for an LA Lakers game (been dreaming about seeing one since i was a kid
)? tried the website but it doesn't seem to work...
- Safest way to travel from the LA area to SD?
Thanks!only dead fish swim with the stream

--not sure about the cigar shops since i don't smoke

--there are no lakers tickets available on the website or anywhere, there is an nba lockout which may prevent the upcoming season from starting
--you have a few option to get from los angeles to san diego: amtrak (train system), greyhound (bus), or car rental. it's about 90 miles and should take about 2 hours to get there, assuming there isn't too much traffic. the train is the easiest way to get there but may be inconvenient depending upon your plans once you're in san diego.
