    Default In Honolulu for a week, what to do??

    I made a bit of a last minute trip with my GF to Honolulu for a week! I have been to Maui and Kaui but never Honolulu. Wanted to tap the forums knowledge on this one... What are some must do things here!

    Aimee nailed all the big spots....Aimee, missing north shore yet. :-)

    Dont forget to hit up the Kahuku Shrimp Truck and if you can hit up Curry House. If your staying in Waiks there is a curry house in Ala Moana shopping center, Chicken Katsu with cheese with Kim Chee....Off the chain.

    Zippys got some killer Apple and Coconut turn overs.

    Today the GF and I went to the Northshore and took a surfing lesson. It was her first time, I surfed a lot when I lived in CA. The guys at "Surf with the Pros" are true professionals in all sense of the words. They actually are well know professional surfers and also give great instruction from first timers to experienced surfers. If you are ever in Honolulu it is well worth the drive to go check out the North Shore and give these guys a call! I would be happy to send anyone their contact info if you like, just let me know!

    Trip is going by extremely quickly. We have already been here for 4 days and are half way through our trip! Have taken many of your suggestions and it ha been a blast!
