Off to Maui...
Sittin here in sacramento, just got off the plane from az. Haven't been watching the news but i saw quite a bit on CNN waiting for my first flight. Anyone know if the tsunami has touched Hawaii yet?

I just saw and heard it hit but it doesn't sound bad, My inlaws are on the Big Island I talked to them 2 hours ago they were still being kept from our condo

Sounds like they did get hit with 7 foot waves....but no damage reported yet.

Yeah. Saw some reports as well. Did not look like they were hit too bad in Hawaii. Can't blame them for being safe though.

"Water rushed up on roadways and into hotel lobbies on the Big Island and low-lying areas in Maui were flooded as 7-foot waves crashed ashore. Smaller waves hit the U.S. western coast and beaches were closed as fishermen fired up their boats and left harbors to ride out the swell"
