Old Glory is a great spot - check that out for sure.

From M Street (main drag in Georgetown) you can catch the trolley tour (ask the concierge at the Ritz to hook it up) and that is 100% the best way to see the city. It runs all day so you get on, ride around and get off whenever you want. Go see what you want to see and when the next one comes around hop on and off to the next spot! Every place that everyone in this thread has mentioned can be seen from this tour. Highly recomend this.
Do you mean the Four Seasons in G-town? Recommend that one too.

The spy museum is great. Highly recommended.
I spent 2 weeks in DC and not once did I need a car. the Metro is great, pretty much drops you off near everything.

Le Ferme is incredible! If you love French food, this is a must. Reservations are a definite.
