There are several large "private" exotic car collections that will never be seen by the general public, much less photographed or filmed.....

I think the only point that wasn't really mentioned is that Ralph's collection has the pinnacle of almost everything in it - that he would have missed out on getting a WRE Veyron SS or ended up with some bastardized knock-off seems a bit silly. Cars like the SS WRE were intended for collections like his.

Also Reventon and BC - if the "mishap" you were both referring to was the crash of his F1 LM in early 2005 shortly after he purchased it, that story was publicized not long after it occurred and has been widely discussed. Damage was not terribly severe and of course McLaren were able to reassemble the car to as-new condition without much trouble and at no cost to him since it happened while in their care. The incident is probably not a day Ralph remembers fondly though. I certainly wouldn't either.

That's what I was trying to get at haha... Again I repeat, Ralph Lauren probably was in the books for ownership of a WRE before they even thought about it!

It should have the orange surounding of the Papenburg test track at the center console and the center pillar...

I aint no pro but i looks like he might have just wrapped it in black from what i can see??

Would make sense to me to do it and avoid stripping the parts down and to just get Bug to sell me some extra rims in black.

Dont think bug would ever really make it public if they had really made an extra WRC because just imagine those that had paid extra for a 1/5 would think and do if that came out!
