Mario - I enjoy your photos on Flickr. If you care so much about attribution for the images you share on the web I would suggest you add a watermark to them.

I agree with the sentiment of others - the sharing of photos on message forums that are hosted in various locations online does not amount to theft if no one is claiming ownership. Perhaps you would be appeased if these people linked back to your Flickr account, but few will take that extra step. I find it flattering when people find my photos interesting enough to share with others and would only be upset if they were profiting from it.
