No, its a Veyron that looks like Bijan's but it actually is a different one.

Bijan designed exclusive "Bijan" Veyron, so I'm taking one of them is this. He also did "Bijan" RR which are all pre-sold.

Bijan's personal Veyron is still in L.A I'm not really sure how anyone could possible think it was in two places at once. This is simply a look alike Veyron, notice different wheels, and no Lion painted on the hood.
