We’ve seen and heard a lot from Porsche about their 918 Spyder. We’re almost one hundred percent sure it is sold out at this stage. It seems that a Swiss start-up supercar company intends to capitalise on the 918 Spyder’s popularity. The Genevart Celsius was unveiled today through our friends over at Teamspeed. The Genevart Celcius will be unveiled next year at the Geneva Auto Salon 2013.

The Genevart Celsius will feature a modified Porsche 997 Turbo with the help of two electric engines fitted to each rear wheel. Genevart expect this layout to produce over 900hp, the pictures reveal that the flat six alone will produce an estimated 850hp. The electric motors will supplement this with a 160hp output and two KERS units will produce extra power at the front wheels.
