    are the cars taxed heavily in Brazil as is the case in many other countries?

    In Brazil we have 140% tax for businesses and 110% for independent import. For the price the cars arriving nobody buy cars like Veyron, CCX, Enzo, Agera, Gumpert, etc. The best car in Brazil is one Pagani Zonda F Clubsport, which is still selling and will not sell anytime soon. For example, The Rolls-Royce Ghost have only 5 in Brazil because it costs more than $ 1 million.
