Police seizure for Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo!
He is the President of Equatorial Guinea since 1979. Don't know much about him (good/bad, I gues he must be bad

Actually the cars belong to his son - Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue but as you've learned from reading his father's Wikipedia page they really they belong to the people of Equatorial Guinea.
