Default Anyone going to buy MAKO today?

Considering the impactful news today, and the -40% drop.. is anyone going to pick up MAKO surgical today?

I picked some up today hopefully, i can play on the over exaggerated selling splurge this morning.

I'm watching it, not a buy yet though.

Seems interesting, but given the scope of the bad news I am not sure I would want to be in it. They just cut earnings forecasts to being negative in a big way until 2014. I could see it being a bit of an over reaction, but how much? Seems like a few more days of the overall market being down could drag this down quite a bit more.

I would not look at this as "buying on sale". This stock has chances of never recovering from this and if it does, only partly. Remember that there are huge prior resistance points beyond the gap. I'd keep it on your watchlist though because fundamentally speaking, there are probably many people who are thinking like you so if you can stay one step ahead go for it.

I may have overreacted as well! haha, however i do think that it will bounce back a few bucks, just hope the market doesn't pull it down further, as stated above.

I bought some, but I did it purely from a gamble standpoint. The money lost wont be missed if I don't make a roi.
