They have 16 billion in cash if it drops further to a 40-50billion valuation your gonna get some dip buyers.
The problemn is they released to many shares. The ipo amounted to basically a secondary dilution as facebook has been trading for years on private markets. This ipo was just for retail buyers.
In the end they were overpriced, released to many shares but its still facebook. its a big brand and they have potentially a billion users they can sell stuff to so its got potential. Just a lot of underwater bagholders in this right now..once those hands are replaced with newer owners it will trade better.Kunal Desai

TOOK DOWN position in FB today boys.. 28ish.. the squeeze could be starting..also funds starting to add slwoly for russell rebalancing
