I really do not see LA getting a team. There are only three states with more than two teams (Cali, NY and Florida). Why would California get four teams? What infrastructure is available? The Colisium and Rose Bowl are grossly antiquated in this day of super stadiums. LA didn't do enough to keep the Rams from going to St. Louis, I just do not see the city willing to spend the $$$ necessary to get another team. Just my $.02 for what it's worth.

AEG, the company that developed the Staples Center and LA Live (and several other sports-based develpments around the world), is full steam ahead on bringing a team to a new DOWNTOWN statium next to Staples. It will be called Farmers Field; Farmers Insurance already purchased the naming rights. @Lee: Whichever team moves to LA could play a season at the Coli or the Rose Bowl while the stadium is being built. A new scoreboard and suites are being built at the Coli as we speak...
