    Default Tour de France 2011

Many people following the event this year?

Last nights stage was certainly an exciting one. Good to see Cadel take 2 nd on the stage get some time over the major GC contenders. Shame to see Andy get caught up in the crash.

    Here's the final 10 km's

I am watching the team time trial from today right now. It's going to be interesting with many of the favorites already being so far back. I think there will be a first time winner this year.

Being that I'm Australian I have to back Cadel Evans

He's is top form and has ridding a perfect race so far.

Tomorrow's stage should fit Evan's style well. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in yellow. Farrar's ride today was inspired to say the least and on a whole I think Garmin Cervelo has their stuff together more than the others.

Looks like Cadel is absolutely killing the TT today to take the lead and the whole shebang. I'm actually a little disappointed that it will be a TT which decides the race.

That was wonderful, good for him
"We were never satisfied being status quo. We were never OK just getting by. We pushed and drove at everything we have done in our lives to succeed in spite of those around us that would hold us back and naysay us. We finally realized that we needed to make our own rules to do things better. 99% of the people in this world do not understand us and what drives us.

Well Cadel winning is front page news in pretty much every paper across the country today. National Hero.

Good to focus on man's achievement rather than it's tragedies sometimes.
