I have never been a fan of any stick and ball type sports because I find them boring. I never had watched the tour much because I thought I would be bored by it. I was surprised how quickly I got into. I like the strategy and technology involved as much as anything. It's almost a human powered Formula 1 which is far and away my favorite motor sport.
Madness takes a toll. Please have exact change...

This actually worked out exactly as I predicted before the start. After watching the Criterium de Dauphine and Tour de Suisse, I said Cadel would be in contact until the final time trial, and then finish it off then. Mad props to Thomas Voeckler, gutsy and spirited defense of the Yellow jersey. He definitely had lots of people scratching their heads. I can't wait for the fall classics and World Championships! I wish I could get the Vuelta tv coverage, but I will just have to depend on the interweb.
Later,Lee
