If we're opening up the discussion to include centers (which is wrong IMO, b/c then this mythical 2 on 2 matchup becomes dreadful to watch), then I'd take Wilt & Bill Russell against anyone. Both were physical freaks for their size in terms of strength (Wilt) and lateral & straightahead quickness/speed (BR). Whoever was smaller in a matchup against them would be backed down on the block mercilessly, which is highly effective and also immensely boring.
As for Tony Parker being put in the discussion, he might be the worst player to be mentioned thus far. Parker can't even guard guys his own size - - - he'd be destroyed by any matchup mentioned. If the opposing pair got the ball first, they might never have to give up possession if it's "winner's outs". The better choice IMO amongst the short guys would be Allen Iverson. At least Iverson would be able to score efficiently against whoever he was matched up against. When I'm not here, I'm slinging IT infrastructure or gone golfing
