Great promo.
How do people feel about the Strikeforce acquisition? Maybe should make a seperate thread..."Whatever you're thinking, think bigger." - Tony Hsieh

Personally I felt it necessary for the UFC to have a larger pool of fighters. It just takes too long to bring up early stage fighters and even then their is no guarantee they will evolve enough. They, imo, needed a larger seasoned pool that could take that next step sooner rather than maybe never. The UFC puts on the best possible fights with the best talent possible but their are only 1 to 4 maybe fighters at the top of each weight class. Injury also eliminates many and is always unexpected. Anderson and maybe St. Pierre are two (and now maybe Jones) fighters who have no equal, they will never be beat at their natural weight class for a long time. So you gotta bring in new fighters to fight, can't have the same second tier fighters fighting the champs.

it's so sad to see the old guys lose - always liked Cro Crop, if for nothing else than his GI Joe-like name

Yeah, it was bad watching CC go out like that. But, it's time for him to hang it up. He's been in some viscous knockouts! Guess what goes around comes around...

Too bad for Rua. Just knew he wouldn't be ready for JJ. Long lay-off, rehabbed knee, big aggressive opponent = trouble."Champions are made from something they have deep inside them a desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill. " Muhammad Ali

We were honored to be asked by DUB magazine and TOYO tires to present some of our builds at UFC 128 this past Saturday at the Prudential Center.
One L4P member was kind enough to showcase his insane M6, built by MAC and rolling D2 shoes. In exchange, he and ALL of our participants received a FREE SET OF TOYO TIRES.
We had a great time, the crowd loved us, and the UFC fighters were awesome guys! Next time we'd love to take some additional L4P members!
