Submission I can take. Getting knocked the fvck out would be rough.

My thoughts were the opposite, a submission could cause me some long term rough if they broke an arm or something but if I was KTFO that would likely be only short term rough.

Lol, I used to train in MMA and my bro in law runs a decent size league in the North East.

I can tell you first hand that a submission is only as bad as you let it be.

^^^In your weight class it would have to be the Dragon or if you wanted to cut weight it would be the Spider.
