    Default LTB: a mountain bike

Looking for a size large hardtail or a full suspension mtn bike for some single track. Dont need the best thats why I am looking at something used.

I messed up my ankle this year playing softball and cannot run as much as I once did. thinking this will be great cardio.

What's your price-range? A lot of killer deals can be had these days on new bikes.

Not really sure... I have been out of it for awhile. I messed up my ankle and not really thinking running is going to be the best thing for it.

Check out pricepoint.com, they have an in-house brand called Sette that is really decent for not much cash.

Where are you located? I've got a size large cannondale with the "head shox" I'll sell you cheap. F500 It's like a 2000 or something that came with a Volvo XC70. In good condition.

I'm in the san francisco bay area of California.

    Sorta looks like this:

I'm always one to say support your LBS (local bike shop), but as said above pricepoint currently has stupid cheap deals as it is the end of the season.
