Go Hogs.
Suffice it to say that we are still "rebuilding" after the Mustain/Nutt/Malzahn/Broyles debacle. Do expect to see an Arkansas team with a winning record this season and at least 3 SEC wins. Expect at least one big upset from the Hogs (LSU anyone????).
Pre-season predictions
Missouri State = Win
Georgia = Loss
Alabama = Win
Texas A&M = Loss
Auburn = Loss
Florida = Loss
Ole Miss = Win
Eastern Michigan = Win
South Carolina = Win
Troy = Win
Mississippi State = Win
LSU = Too close to call

He's making as A** out of himself... He will be slaughtered this year just sit back and watch.... His best player will be gone after this year as well.... Just like Bellecheck, Carrol is the genius at SC, all of these assistants leaving are just going to FLOP....
Without a doubt UT will loose 4 games and I would not be shocked if they loose 6....

I would like to say your on CRACK for thinking they can beat LSU, but shit yall have done it the past 2 years! I keep trying to get Thomas and Russ down here, so I can show them how REAL SEC football teams party!
Letting "The Nut" go was such a mistake! he's a great coach, just didn't fit in well in Ark! No chance yall beat Ole Miss... Outside of Florida they are the Class of the SEC this year!
Geaux Tigers....

Notice I have never said that Arkansas is "as good a team" as LSU/Ole Miss/Florida. I dont think they are. However, every year, we come out and play these teams close (and usually pick at least one of them off).
Arkansas is certainly not the most talented or deepest team in the SEC, but we are definitely the most consistent Wild Card/Dark Horse team. You never know when we are gonna step it up and beat a top 10 team... and then follow it with a loss to a Sunbelt team
Letting the Nutt go was no mistake. I agree he is a decent coach. However, the "good ole boy network" he has installed up here--while beneficial in the short term--was going to destroy the program in the long term. It was best to rip that band-aid off early before the wound underneath was allowed to fester.Last edited by TJ; 07-07-2009 at 07:33 PM.

One sided? Come on HINK! I don't think i have called much wrong yet when it comes to SEC football... I was the first to say LSU had no chance last year and that Florida was easily the best team in the country!
UT has been and always will be a Woman's Basketball school.....
Berry is a STUD!!!! that guy is going to be tearing it up in the NFL for years to come!

) can win inside their conference... Deepest most talented conference in the country Bar None! I would LOVE for USC to play down here for a year, they are an AMAZING program, but do not face the week to week pounding that the SEC lay's down....
