I think it is safe to say that if Manny was on juice then any person who has hit 40 hr's in the last 10 years was on juice as well. IMO

I would bring that number down to about 20. Baseball has been infected with steroid use for the last 15 years and its not fair that the players are the one reprimanded since the owners & MLB knew exactly what was going on. Im 100% sure that Bud Selig knew of this whole situation first hand.

did you know that only 1 out of 150,000 make it as a professional baseball player? that's not even to the major leagues. If one has that opportunity then he should try to make the most amount of money out of it. Heck, the teams do make their money out of the player.
