    Default ::: Redsoxs Vs. Yankees :::

    We are only days away from season opener of the 2009 rivalry season!! As the greatest rivalry in sports i figured it needs its own discussion thread..

    Lets keep it friendly and check our sensitivity at the door .. We are only hear to enjoy the rivalry! ..

    As of today we are both sitting in 2nd place in the AL east behind Toronto.. Alot of excitment already to their respective 09 season.. Yankees in a new statidum, and getting bombed 22-4 by cleveland.. Dice-K performs like cy young winner in the WBC and now he has a noodle for an arm, Beckett recieves a 5 game suspension but wont miss a game....

    Maybe a L4P meet in the works for a future series with memebers from both sides??

    ....Duke/UNC is a bigger rivalry...in my opinion.Having lived through both,I can say first hand.

    Yanks are washed up! They are OVER!!! It's the BoSox era, sorry Leon

    Since I'm from Boston, I would have to say the best rivalry is Montreal vs. Boston in Hockey. There are SOOO many fights!!!!!
