I usually would play soccer about 2-3 times a week, do cardio aboutv3-4 times a week depending on how much soccer I play, gym abou 4-5 times a week, so you guys should be able to assume how high my calorie intake usually is! I've been out for a month though do to a knee injury and I'm going crazy!! Lol

Learning to paraglide. Been taking lessons and learning the ropes. Flying in itself isn't so physical as getting to the top so you can launch haha. Lots of hiking involved, at least here in PNW.

Treadmill 4 days a week 3 miles each time at least
Lift weights 3 days a week

@ag91; i do judo; i am 42 . a good and well ment tip is take the warming up very serious and you can have fun a long time

I play club rugby once a week, practice twice a week. Do a bit of cardio and lifting weights in between.
