Default Are you drinking enough water?

Just doing some quick math today...you are supposed to consume average of 1 gallon a water a day for proper health (on the low end). An average bottle is about 16.9 fluid ounces of water. That means you need to down at least 7.5 bottles of water to hit that minimum 1 gallon mark.

So who is drinking nearly enough water?

I'd bet that any of the bodybuilders/workout guys on the 4 are much closer then most others. How about you? I'd say I do a good 1.25 gallons daily on average.
The only number that matters, 4.

Usually refill my 24oz bottle 4-5 times which is pretty close. If I go for a long bike ride I'll drink 4 - 20oz bottles(that is with a stop and refill) and then about 1.5 times my regular intake afterwards usually with some electrolyte mix while on the bike. It gets hot in florida...

I have a shaker cup that I measure to around 20-24 OZ and fill it up as many times as possible, the max being 9 times but on average 6/7.

If I drank that much water at work, I would get fired with how many times I would have to pee.

due to kidney and hydration issues I have, my doctor requires 7 liters a day to stay at normal level with others without doing outdoor activities. should I be outside or doing something strenuous, it bumps to 10-12 liters or more.

I run thru 100oz in the morning just from mountain biking plus a 32oz 50:50 g2/water to prehydrate. Another 3-4 bottles of water across the day which is almost entirely inside. So 1.4 gallons I guess avg. Going biking now

I'll have my coffee in the morning and then it's water all day after that.
