I have friends in B'ham and Tuscaloosa - scary for sure. So far everyone I know is accounted for, but more than one friend's childhood homes have been destroyed.

The storm split and calmed before it hit Gwinnett county, we barely had rain compared to what everyone else has suffered.
If you have friends in the south, reach out to them and make sure they're ok.

I was up in Blueridge last night... It was wild but no tornadoes there... I am driving over to northwest Georgia today and may just head into Alabama to see in person what it looks like...

^^ a lot of AL based news outlets are telling parents of UA students to stay out of Tuscaloosa so that only necessary emergency people and vehicles are on the streets. There are 2k National Guardsmen in the area of Bham and Tuscaloosa to rescue and assist. Be careful if you head out there.
