    Default Orlando for a week

I'll be in Orlando for company training Aug 5th - 10th. Staying at the Grande Lake for the week.

Thoughts on the hotel? Things to do close by? (I won't have a car, so taxi is my only transport). Restaurants? I know my training will take up most of the day, but I'm sure I'll try and o out each night. Be nice to have a L4P gathering.

When I lived in Orlando I wasn't in that end of town but you shouldn't be too far from Howl at the Moon which is a fun dueling piano bar off International Drive. I've never had a bad time there and I have been there ALOT! A great restaurant is Del Frisco's (now Christner's Del Frisco's) which isn't too close to you but if you're in the mood for a great steak dinner, its definitely the spot to go. Christner?s Del Frisco?s Prime Steak & Lobster, Orlando, FL . Either way, there is a TON to do all over Orlando and you shouldn't have too hard of a time finding something fun. I'm just going to miss you as I will be up there August 3rd and 4th to celebrate my birthday with some old friends. Have fun!!!!

Couldn't agree more on the choice of restaurant. Probably one of the best, if not the best, steakhouse in Orlando.
