Thread: It's That Time, Another DFW Get Together

So guys, it's time we get together again. Last time it was cold and the weather is starting to get nice. We need to get together.

We could try Cars and Coffee again, it is on April 3rd

Other options include:
-Meeting at a shooting range and doing damage on the paper targets
-Some driving at Malibu Speed Zone
-Meeting at the Rahr Brewery in Fort Worth for some hometown beer
-Something else you have in mind

Let me know who is in. If April 3rd is no good, we can try another day as well.

I dont know if this is a club or anything,
but im up for a get together, and any
opportunity to get some Photography in.

Everyone is welcome that wants to show. I think our biggest problem is that no one from DFW watches the regional thread- once we get something figured out Fred lets post it up in OT or send out PMs. Even the Texas "social group" didn't work last time.

I'm up for shooting or Gokarts.

Wasn't overly impressed with the Rahr beers last time JTovar and I went down there- not quite my flavor.

im down for something.....shooting and go carts sound fun...

Sounds great, well then remember to send me one of those PMS because I would love to come. Go Karts sounds fun. So does shooting. although im canadian so I cant really shoot in a straight line.

Haha, either way I cant wait to meet up with some actual L4P members.

well.....there will be some at the Texas Mile, along with some amazing cars and top speed runs....

or we can do something north.....


I think for this month we should all track south and support this event and the fellow l4P'ers....

next month we should do cart racing in H town or something...

We'll probably do this separately from the Texas mile- most of the guys up here have day jobs and families that aren't going to let them head down south for a couple days. And I've got too much going on right now to cut down south even though I'd love to.

We have talked in the past about doing a "big" central L4P GTG somewhere in the middle and now that we are getting more L4P'rs in Houston, Austin, and SA we might want to talk about that again. Something like Texas mile would work well for that but maybe we do a big plan on the next one a few weeks ahead of time.

Definately support anyone with the time to run down there for this Texas mile and support our L4P'ers there to do it!!
