    we got the candle, chinese new year red packets, history of their suitcases book, and some other stuff. we get free shipping but i think everyone does.

    i get better vip / free stuff from chrome hearts like their hats, tshirts, key changes, figurines and xmas gift of silver tooth picks in a leather case. chrome hearts is definitely more generous about gifts.

    ^^ You are definitely a more loyal customer than we are! I bet the suitcase book is quite interesting, I know the history I've read of their travel trunks is quite amazing.

    lol no i dont think so, i think it depends on the sales rep.

    lv doesnt have high turn over but it does happen. just happened to us again this christmas. our current sales rep is awesome but the previous one was stingy, not that we really care, but given that they make a commission on our purchases i would think they would give us anything they could free since it costs them nothing. lol
