Ordered a pair of y-3 kicks for $79 a few weeks ago they sold out and were never able to get them to me. I also paid for over night shipping. I recieved a call next day from them apologising for the screw up. They refunded me and I also received $50 in store credit. There packaging and customer service is incredible. Extremely impressed with them.

I've used them to book a vacation now twice... both times the hotels were awesome.

My wife and I buy stuff on gilt and ruelala a few times a month (moreso the wife than I), but the prices are generally really good deals. The products they sell have all been really nice quality.

We ordered a set of lamps a few weeks ago and UPS delivered them to the wrong house, we were refunded everything and given the $50 credit as well; we've had great luck with their customer service as well.
