Rolls Royce Phantom | 24″ DPE Elite 8
You’ve already seen DPE and Permaisuri fit 24" Elite 8 on a Rolls Royce Ghost from this L4P Thread: RR Ghost | 24" DPE Elite 8. We do it again, but this time on the big boy Phantom.
