that sounds very unfortunate sorry to hear this...But i think you just had a bad experience...I have been with state farm for over 20 years and i love the customer service...but One of my close friends is my insurance broker so i may be a little bias

The body shop/collision center can call the insurance company once they receive a claim number. They can push to have the insurance company send someone a bit quicker!

I stopped insuring my showcar Mustang Cobra. They wanted me to get my car appraised every 12 months.And wanted 1800 .00 a year to cover 42 grand worth of coverage. I told them to go pound sand. I got Grundy, 700 a year. no problems. No appraisal, just an agreed value. Thats it.
I have ran out of room for watches, Im now going to collect cars...

Well, good news, finally got my Bentley SS back this PM.

Waiting on insurance companies just makes the situation feel worse. I have USAA one of the perks of my dad being in the armed forces, and they have been great any time that I needed to contact them.
