Question for you....
Is your matte trim finish clear coated? Making it durable....?
I have matte trim/emblems on my car now which is NOT clear coated & it is very prone to chipping. Approximate cost for a W211 E-class Mercedes - all (previous- now black) chrome trim re-painted to matte with clear ? Thanks a ton.... PM me

Yes, we can put a clear on it. As far as durability, it has ALOT to do with the preparation (including sanding, special priming) before the actual paint. Chrome pieces need special attention during preperation in order to hold the paint properly.
