    Default Sold the Rolls Royce....

    As the title states,

I recently sold my 1963 Rolls Royce silver cloud III.

I really wasn't a suitable owner for this car, I took it in on a debt that was owed to me, the previous owner inherited more than 4 of these and other cars from his fathers passing.

The car needed some things done to it, and once looking into the quotes given to me, I was astonished!

I kept it at a rental Property I have in Texas, until it was sold (Not a good idea)

Its incredible the quality of craftsmanship that goes into these cars.

Maybe when I am older I can appreciate more a car of this caliber.

Oh man that's a beautiful car! I'd love to have one of these for cruising around in, I'd feel like a boss

I have a family friend who has the same exact car, same wheels, options and color. They also kept the car for many years at a rental property they have. Care to explain why it is a bad idea? Renters messing with the car?

leaving a car sitting, not being run or started for long periods of time allows many problems

Beautiful car. I recently saw a RR Silver Seraph and the first thing which struck me is RR and Bentley really aren't made the way they were. Current-gen cars are nice, but the older models have a stately elegance you don't see anymore.

Well this particular properties garage is small and could not accommodate the length of the car, so I had to leave it outside with a car cover.
    (Aprox 2 weeks)

The house was vacant at the time so no issues with the tenants but more so with the neighbors kids, various signs of touching and lifting of the car cover.

But obviously all due to my foolish action of leaving it there, storage was a better option!
