Default 05 Bentley gt windshield replacement...

Hello, I was quoted $5500 for a replacement windshield from the bentley dealer and I was wondering if there are any other solution for it.
Does anyone know a alternative solution?
    Thanks!

buy it from the dealer now, get insurance the next day, swap the bad windshield back and the rest pretty much self explanatory

Gotta pay to play... unfortunately, rarely do the replacement glass places give you a quality glass that is comparable to factory, unless they are getting glass that meets every spec, including thickness, etc. Buyer beware of the insurance replacements, they play a game too to make profits

safelight is horrible.. at least was to me.

I had an 07 4-runner. we were playing baseball and one of my cousins hit the rear window and broke it. no big deal.. took it to safelight and they put new glass on.. told me its a stationary piece.. meaning unlike OEM rear window that goes down.. this won't. Also while doing this they somehow broke the automatic locking mechanism on the tailgate.

Long story short.. I asked for my money back and made them take the window off and took it to Toyota and had them put in an OEM glass and has safe light pay for the locking mechanism fix.
