Addison is the signature restaurant of The Grand Del Mar and named after the resort’s architectural muse, Addison Mizner. Here, acclaimed Relais & Chateaux Grand Chef William Bradley presents his artisanal approach to cooking, combining local ingredients with contemporary French influences.

The elegant, European ambiance features a decadently appointed bar with a richly-upholstered backdrop, a commanding wood bar and terrace seating. Continuing to the dining area, magnificent arched windows offer beautiful views of the resort’s golf course, and the wine room, strategically located in the center of the main dining room, punctuates the importance of Addison’s extensive wine collection and its world-class wine tasting environment, replete with ideal glassware, perfect storage of wines and knowledgeable service.



















The Cuisine

Place is beautiful, however from looking at the food I feel as if I'd be leaving hungry. The portion sizes seem small to me.
