Maui
Headed there for a honeymoon on the 3rd of November, any recommendations on places I should try to hit up for a good meal? Thanks!

We really enjoyed Mamas Fish House. Sansei had pretty good sushi. Pacific O was pretty good too.

Your friend is probably talking about Nick's Fish Market at the Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea. We go to maui every year and stay there. Great food. We always hit Roys as well in Kihei.

We just got back from Maui 2 weeks ago. We stayed at the Grand Wailea for a week. Food was VERY disappointing all over Wailea as well as Kaanapali area. Maybe we are just too picky or didn't hit the right restaurants - though we went to most of the restaurants listed by the above posters.
We had breakfast everyday at Kihei Cafe - a local joint in Kihei. Can't really mess up breakfast I guess, plus it was less touristy. The locals recommended Jaws for fish tacos in Kihei. It was decent.

There's a place called "The Gazebo" on the east side of the island that's suppose to be hyped as the best breakfast place on Maui:

We may be going back again to Maui again next year (we celebrated a 10th anniversary there.) Going first class next time instead of trying to slum it like college kids.
