I can vouch for Roy's as well; great asian fusion. They may have a couple other locations around the country.

+1 on Roys here too. I've been to the ones in La Jolla, San Francisco and I believe Lahaina. Never had a bad meal at any of them.

Realize this is an old post, but just returned from Honeymoonin at the Grand Wailea so thought id share.

Grand Wailea was awesome, however, the dining was sub par. Go next door to the 4 season and eat at Spago, Ferraros, and DUO Steakhouse. All three of these places were amazing (food and service) and the staff treating us like royalty. I mentioned our honeymoon when making reservations and all 3 brought out champagne and desserts.

Mamas Fish House is a must. Wonderful food and worth the price if you are celebrating.

Also, try Capische. That place is pretty dang good too!
