damn Chuck, you're making me hungry again.

hmmm, I feel a sushi meal coming soon in my future. Even though it's nothing compared to what you ate...

doughsun - you'll be able to get in just fine. they are very friendly, not a "nazi" type atmosphere. if you know a few words of japanese, you can probably schedule the reservation; otherwise, just get a speaker or your hotel to call them up. i made a reservation 1.5 months in advance since the place is so tiny. i'll PM you the details.

agsurfer - i've got an analogy for you: this sushi was to american sushi what that beef at French Laundry was to normal beef. every single piece.

That looks amazing Chuck. What's interesting to see are the simpler more common items that just look amazing in your pictures like shrimp or eel or tuna. Did you go outside Honshu?

Only Number 4? What are 1-3?
It is vital that we work to a few golden rules. Always work in a small team. Keep a very low profile. Only deal with people who come recommended. And it's like selling anything else: washing machines, hand made shoes, blowjobs. As long as you don't take the piss people will always come back for more. And that is not to say we don't have that special kind of magic that makes two kilos into three. But never be too greedy.
