    what do you like? what's your budget? some basic recs w/o knowing much:

    - zero zero
    very good pizza, good drinks, 3 blocks from the gold club

    - cotogna
    excellent rustic italian & pastas, 2 blocks from 4+ strip clubs

    - saison
    best restaurant in the city if you want to step it up, very light food but casual & cool

    - quince
    the other best restaurant in the city, the fancy version of cotogna (same owners, next door), immaculate pastas

    - comstock saloon
    very good 'old-timey' themed bar w/ very good food & excellent drinks

    - sea bass is awesome

    Sushi Bistro
    - love roll, and i don't remember what else, but overall the rolls are pretty awesome..

    Tannis Kitchen
    - hands down the best tamago you will ever try

    Yuet Lee
    - for some chinese food

    Espetus
    - brazilian buffet
